Surfing is physical, and yoga is the perfect complement. Start your day with energizing poses or wind down after a long session with a restorative sunset class on our rooftop terrace. This practice improves flexibility, balance, and recovery, helping you catch more waves tomorrow!
We offer daily classes taught by certified instructors. Packages can include 1 or 2 yoga sessions per day, specifically tailored for a surfer’s body. Ask us about our ‘Surf & Stretch’ add-on.
